The Ones Who Keep Showing Up
Woodland is full of businesses, organizations, and people who make this town better simply by being part of it.
They sponsor the team. Donate the raffle prize. Help with the fundraiser. Open the doors early, stay late, support the school, answer the call, and somehow keep finding ways to put something back into the community around them.
Some are brand new. Some have been here forever. Some are loud about what they do, and some just quietly keep doing the work.
These are the people and places helping shape Woodland from the inside out. And we think that’s worth celebrating.

Revitalization
Downtown Woodland Revitalization is one of those groups quietly helping keep Woodland connected, welcoming, and worth showing up for. From community events and downtown improvements to supporting local businesses and operating the Woodland Welcome Center, their work touches a lot of the things that make this town feel alive.
They’re behind familiar Woodland traditions like Movies in the Park, help create opportunities for local vendors and businesses, and keep finding ways to make downtown a stronger place for both locals and visitors.
They do a lot for Woodland and we think they deserve a little spotlight ⭐

Woodland Turns Purple Every Spring
Every spring, Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens becomes one of Woodland’s biggest draws for Lilac Days
Lilac Days 2027 • April 17–May 9
Open daily from 10 AM–4 PM
Visitors can wander the historic gardens, tour the Klager farmhouse, explore the museum, and shop the annual lilac plant sale.

A Directory That Actually Means Woodland
The gardens preserve the work and story of Woodland’s own Hulda Klager, who became known for developing new lilac varieties, and thousands of visitors now come through the historic site each year.
Lilac Days may be the star of spring around here, but it’s a pretty great excuse to see what else is blooming, growing, and happening around Woodland too.
