The Welcome Center has everything
Run by Downtown Woodland Revitalization, it’s part visitor stop, part local resource. It’s a place to find information about Woodland businesses, events, things to do, and the places worth checking out while you’re here.

More than just info
And it isn’t just for people passing through. The Welcome Center also gives local makers and businesses another place to show up, while helping connect people with more of what Woodland has going on.
Basically, if your question is “What should we do while we’re here?”
This is a good place to ask.

Woodland to LIFE
Woodland knows how to show up.
From Planters Days and Movies in the Park to holiday traditions, family events, markets, fundraisers, and the little community nights that somehow pull half the town out of the house, there’s always something worth looking forward to.
Some bring in visitors from all over Southwest Washington. Others are pure small-town magic. Either way, they’re a huge part of what makes Woodland feel like Woodland.

Businesses in the Spotlight
There are a lot of good people doing really good work around Woodland. Some are building businesses from scratch, some have been part of this town for years, and plenty are the same people you’ll see sponsoring local events, supporting schools, donating to fundraisers, and showing up for community.
We like what they’re doing. We think you should know about them, too.

Growing Montessori Outdoor Schoool
Nature-based learning, local families, and a whole lot of heart. Nestled in the hills of Woodland gives students ages 3-6 a place to learn, explore, and grow outside the traditional classroom

Forward Movement Construction
Built in Woodland. Invested in Woodland. They’re the kind of local business that’s family-focused, and a familiar supporter of local events and organizations.. and will fix your fence!

Woodland Turns Purple Every Spring
Every spring, Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens becomes one of Woodland’s biggest draws for Lilac Days
Lilac Days 2027 • April 17–May 9
Open daily from 10 AM–4 PM
Visitors can wander the historic gardens, tour the Klager farmhouse, explore the museum, and shop the annual lilac plant sale.

LOCAL BLOOMS
The gardens preserve the work and story of Woodland’s own Hulda Klager, who became known for developing new lilac varieties, and thousands of visitors now come through the historic site each year.
Lilac Days may be the star of spring around here, but it’s a pretty great excuse to see what else is blooming, growing, and happening around Woodland too.
